Through experience she has developed the skills necessary to be a strong negotiator for her clients ensuring a successful transaction, while bringing compassion, friendliness, and humor to the process. Edith specializes in all facets of the real estate business, whether it be navigating the way for first-time buyers, trying to score that perfect distressed property, or providing help in the luxury market, she knows and has experienced it all. Edith consistently meets and exceeds client expectations by finding creative ways to fulfill their wants and needs. Her priority is to fully appreciate every client and understand their unique circumstances. Her wide range of expertise spans from corporate clients to individuals and families. Be it a first home purchase, relocation, downsizing, or an unexpected life event that leads to their move, Edith understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful, and one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life. As a full time Realtor, Edith is committed to making your buying and selling experience stress-free. She works closely with a team of professional service providers that include stagers, painters, designers, handymen, and inspectors to assist with her clients’ needs. Edith is communicative, thorough, and detail-oriented, but most of all, she will be alongside you every step of the way.  

Passionate about her craft, Edith continuously seeks to stay ahead of the game when it comes to the housing market, education, and trends. Throughout the years she has achieved many credentials in the real estate industry. Prior to embarking on her real estate career, Edith worked in the accounting field, where she handled client’s personal finances like bookkeeping, payroll, as well as business and personal income taxes. As a graduate of one of the top business schools in New England, Bryant University, an entrepreneur and investor, Edith understands that buying a home is a major financial decision. It is also an exciting time in her clients' lives that Edith feels privileged to be a part of. 

Outside of the real estate world, Edith enjoys spending time with her family, entertaining friends, cooking, gardening, and exploring new places. It is through her love of travel and meeting new people that Edith has deepened her appreciation for and understanding of various cultures, religions, and languages, being bilingual herself. She is an active community member in her hometown of Westborough supporting local businesses, volunteering at the schools, and participating in town events.
