My wife and I trusted her to be the realtor to buy our first house and we are very glad we chose her and would choose her again in a heartbeat for our next home. Over the course of a 9 month search from 2021 into 2022 we saw many many houses with Edith and she always made time to come see them with us and provided valuable insights. With it being such a crazy hot market, houses would pop up suddenly and we would text her to set up an appointment asap and she always got the appointments setup fast and carve out time out of her busy schedule to show them to us. We knew that with us being first time homebuyers that she often delt with much bigger clients than us, but she treated us with the same attention and respect as a multi-million dollar buyer. That also made us feel special and that we had a real guide in a tough market. When it came to the house that we ended up buying we listened to some advice she gave us months before, "When the house is the right one for you, you will know", and we did indeed know for this house, so we asked her to do what it takes to get it. Edith worked overtime that weekend calling the listing agent many times, first to get an initial offer to the buyers and then a second higher offer to be competitive with other offers that came in and constantly checking the status of how we were doing compared to those other offers. With how she crafted our offer, we were able to edge out the competition, but also stay within the range we wanted to spend. I am confident saying that if we did not have Edith as our agent, we would not be in the dream home we are in now.
